PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Equipment Lease Program

Art at Work realizes that talent needs to be seen in order to be appreciated and monetized. A photographer’s talent cannot be realized without a camera, an actor’s talent cannot be realized without a theatre or movie to act in. Art at Work provides high end cameras for lease to photographers and film producers so that creatives are able to build product portfolios.

Technology

Art at Work has developed a mobile platform to facilitate financial access to creatives. The platform facilitates registration, savings contributions, loan applications, Guarantor approvals, collateral guarantees, loan disbursements, loan withdraws, repayments and process management.

IP Collateral Registry

Art at Work has developed the First IP Collateral registry in Africa which recognizes intangible assets like Art, Music royalties, licenses, copyrights, fashion lines, book deals, publishing rights, contracts as collateral. The registry Values the IP asset and issues a guarantee of a similar amount to the lending institution on behalf of the creative. This will allow the youth to have collateral that they can use to access credit to build their businesses.
